We aim to reply within 3 to 5 business days. There is no contact form, because this site has no backend server to receive one — a deliberate choice that is also why your timecard data never leaves your device.

What to write about

A calculation looks wrong

These get priority. To help us reproduce it quickly, please include the punch times you entered, the break minutes, the pay period and overtime rule selected, and the figure you expected versus the figure shown. The fastest way to send all of that at once is the Copy link button on the calculator, which packs the whole timecard into a URL you can paste into your email.

Your overtime rules are not covered

We currently model the federal 40-hour week, a daily 8-hour threshold, California's daily, double-time and seventh-day rules, and fully custom thresholds. If your state, province or country works differently, tell us the rule and a link to the official source and we will look at adding it.

Accessibility problems

If something is unusable with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at a large text size, we treat that as a bug. Please say which assistive technology and browser you use.

Privacy questions

Anything covered by the Privacy Policy, including questions about analytics or advertising cookies.

Press, feedback and everything else

Suggestions, corrections to the guides, or a note that something is simply awkward to use — all useful, all read.

Before you write

A few things are answered faster on the site itself:

What we cannot help with

We are not able to give legal, payroll or tax advice, tell you whether your employer has paid you correctly, or intervene in a wage dispute. For those, speak to your payroll department, your national or state labour authority, or a qualified professional. In the United States that is usually the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division, or your state labour commissioner.
